The Jolly Miller Cafe originated as a humble and wholesome bakery and patisserie, which we wanted to reflect in the overall design. Authenticity and quality are key drivers for the business’ success, so the design had to balance the raw and honest beginnings of the concrete floor and timber detailing, with brass finishes and bold patterns. The blue is taken from the brand’s existing palette and used to create contrast and delineation. With light and bright textures and patterns being key, this cafe celebrates the ‘art of making’ and craftsmanship.
