MYOB

MYOB made the decision to merge several different offices across Victoria into one space, and selected an old clothing manufacturing warehouse in Cremorne as it’s prime destination!

Drawing on the existing structure, the double-height space is celebrated throughout. The use of varying floor levels, exposed beams, mezzanine levels and glass highlights this in all areas. The warehouse instills a natural industrial theme, which is played on using raw materials such as wood and concrete. Collaboration areas are scattered throughout the floor plate, and are recognised as being reflective of ‘outdoor spaces’. Pops of colour also highlight key locations throughout the enormous warehouse, acting as a wayfinding initiative, too.
