Catapult Sports are world leaders in performance technology for elite sports, measuring and monitoring over 1500 clubs globally! With a growing team, Catapult had to find a better suited and larger HQ (fast!).
Hot Black were involved in the early stages of property search ensuring Catapult’s new office location suited their growth plans. Facilitating the workplace strategy and design workshops with the key stakeholders it was evident the space needed to reflect the company’s proud history and align the overarching theme closely with Catapult’s vision and values. With a prominent sporting theme throughout, this open plan workspace uses colour to define areas and subtly incorporates the theme in the finer details. Raw materiality, such as the exposed concrete floor and plywood derive from the feeling of being at a sports stadium. The breakout space encourages interaction & collaboration, opting for ‘team’ games and a multipurpose amphitheatre.
