Uber is changing the way we look at logistical transfers around the world – from transporting people to food, this app-based company has been forging their way through countries far and wide.
Uber and Hot Black collaborated to design a new Driver Support Centre and office in Port Melbourne. Whilst Uber have pre-set global standards, the design for this space was to subtly incorporate the local demographic and surrounding area. Hot Black took inspiration from Melbourne’s local culture and CBD ‘grid’ road system, reflecting this theme throughout. The concept driver was to create a space that was easy to navigate by visitors and reflected the simple aesthetic values of Uber.
