One By One is located in the heart of Keilor East, true to its name it caters to the varied demographic of the area. Hot Black were commissioned to develop the name, visual identity and interior of this newly established institution.
With the intention of capturing the suburban location, One By One’s Interior reflects angulated gestures extending to the collateral to mimic the skyline of the residential architecture in the area. The logo mark builds on the concept behind the name as the clientele and their expectation of the venue ranges from the Melbourne brunch culture to tradies going to their ‘local’ for their morning coffee. Depending on the need of the logo, the format changes to accommodate.
